Last night was the final night 0f the Club-Rothaíochta Na-Sionainna TT series which has run for the past 15 weeks. The final night was done as a 2Man TT with riders working in pairs to try and set a new PB.

It has been an excellent series, with a total of 150 people taking part. Thankfully we never had to take that many times in the one night!!! A big than you to everyone who marshalled throughout the series. Without you the series would never run. Hopefully Club-Rothaíochta Na-Sionainna can continue to grow with the support of all its members and produce an equally fantastic TT series next year. But first is the small issue of the Hill Climb series in August.

Anyway, back to the results! The course record was broken in the 2Man TT with an amazingly fast time of 20.37  from Stephan Clancy and Damien Roche. This is 8 seconds faster than the previous record set by Colm Turner. However it does not count for a 2Man TT and Colm’s record has survived  for yet another year. Can it be beaten next year??
