This league is open to all our signed up club members and is run on a handicap basis

Now how do make it fair for all the athletes to be in with a chance of being club duathlon champion 2014
Bonus points for national championships = + 100

We will use the TT category system and David & Mark will look after the scoring system

Bonus points for a course pb = + 20 ( this must be the same course as 2013 – if the race course is changed by the organiser no points will be awarded. Overall times only not individual sections.
Athletes penalised will be deducted -200 points + not receive points from that race.
