Dave Ahern continues his fine end of season form with a 18 min personal best time. Great news for both Coach and athlete heading towards Dublin Marathon
Well done to Dave on flying the team flag in Cork !!
Carolyn Hayes flew the team flag in Spain
“EXPERIENCE” was what the West Limerick lady was after. Its hard for any athlete to go from domestic racing to international racing and go well in their first few races. Carolyn has come home hungry for more however after her bad experience in Madrid there will be positive outcomes.
An extremely small field of just 26 ladies was always going to be tuff, the swim start was a frantic boxing match but nothing we can’t prepare for over the winter.
Raise the bar 2015

Ironman…. there comes a time in every athletes triathlon life when one has to be done
We have Malachi Murray and Lisa O Neil heading to Sweden to chase their goals and triathlon dreams in july
and we are going to try and organize a 2 plan approach to our 70.3 goals for next year. Majorca and Dublin
May and August ….. Dave Ahern is leading the Majorca organizing and hopefully Greg will lead the information gathering on Dublin. Just be aware that if you plan to race dublin you will need to be quick with your registration and having a 400e fee ready to go for entry into the race. This being the first year it will sell out quickly
We have had a few athletes race in Majorca and the feedback is amazing both for training and the event, with lots to do for both young families and athletes alike
