OFFICAL 10K FRIDAY 26 AAI PERMIT OFFICIALLY MEASURED 🙂

 

What a night of fine weather, but just a little too warm for fast times. The end to a great training series with the goal of getting you all ready for the Shannon10k this coming Friday evening.

We want to say a huge thank you to all involved so far, it has been great fun to see all the kids and parents running the fun lap of 1500m and highly motivating to see all the people of Shannon come out and support the runners. The lapped course really adds to the spectator’s enjoyment.
